REGISTRATION OPENS: SEPTEMBER 15TH

MERCH ORDER DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 23RD

DIVISIONS: 3+ RACERS REQUIRED BY SEPTEMBER 25TH

REGISTRATION CLOSES: OCTOBER 5TH

RACE DAY SCHEDULE

• 8:30 - 10:00 AM: Check-in and race bib pickup at the picnic tables of the Middle Ocoee Put-In
• 10:00 AM: Racers must be checked in with transportation and other logistics handled
• 10:15 AM: Mandatory safety briefing
• 11:00 AM: Racing begins
• 2:00 PM: Last Call for racers
• 6:00 PM: Awards ceremony and raffle at the Bus Bar

REGISTRATION

• Opens: September 15 at 8:00 AM
• Closes: October 5 at 11:59 PM
• No walk-on registrations
• Participant limit: 120 racers
• Racers may compete in up to two divisions

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• Racers must have an active TVCC membership on race day
• Rafts must have at least one active TVCC member participating
• Need to join or renew? [TVCC Membership Page]
• Junior racers (17 & under) must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver and be present on race day

RACE COURSE

• Race begins in the eddy at the Middle Ocoee Put-In
• Racers will launch in one-minute intervals
• Finish line is the timing raft in the river-right eddy below Powerhouse Rapid

RACE DIVISIONS

Divisions: 3+ racers required by September 25th

Elite Division: Professional/Sponsored paddlers, and members of paddling race teams

Tandem/Raft Divisions: only ONE of the tandem partners needs to register for that race

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• All racers must attend the 10:15 AM safety briefing
• Racers are responsible for knowing and being comfortable paddling the Middle Ocoee
• On-water safety will be stationed at key locations

• Merch order deadline: September 23rd 
• Merch orders are pickup only
• Limited merch will be sold Saturday night at the Bus Bar
• Stickers: $3
• Trucker hats: $15
• Tshirt or 3/4 Sleeve Shirt (XS - XL): $25
