Paddle School 2025 Support Boater Registration
What: Paddle School 2025
Dates: May 30-June 1, 2025
Where: Adventures Unlimited (base camp), and Hiwassee River and Ocoee River
Early Registration: March 5-May 10
Late Registration: May 11-May 27
We cannot guarantee T-shirts for anyone who misses the early registration deadline (May 10).
You must select an activity: flatwater, SUP, class I river running, or whitewater. Please reference the picture below.
We are always in desparate need of support boaters and instructors. If you register to support boat by the early registration deadline (May 10), your name will be entered into a special raffle drawing. You may receive additional entries for each instructor/support boater you refer. If you know anyone who can volunteer and you refer them by the early registration deadline (May 10), your name will be entered the drawing. One additional entry for each person you refer to support boat or instruct. That person must list your name as a referral when they register by May 10. If you were referred by someone, please list their name in the registration form so their name can be entered in the raffle drawing. You may only list one person. If you list more than one person, only the first person listed will be counted. You must be present at Paddle School in order to be eligible for the raffle drawing.

Support Boaters: Tent/car camping and a cotton T-shirt are comped for you! However, if you want a meal on Saturday night, you must pay for that. We appreciate you taking the time to volunteer and keep our students safe!

Basics: (Prices include Sales Tax when required)
-T-Shirt: One unisex short sleeve cotton T-shirt per volunteer is free. Extras are $20. $28 for a unisex long sleeve sport tech. $3 upcharge for 2XL-3XL. Each style of shirt is limited to one per person. If you wish to order extras, you can do so at the Paddle School 2025 Non-Paddling Guests and Extra Orders form here.
-Saturday Night Catered Meal: $20
-Extra TVCC Sticker(s): $2 each
-Extra Commemorative Sticker(s): $3 each
-Pre-purchase raffle tickets for kayaks giveaways

If you wish to bring a Non-Paddling Guest with you to Paddle School (such as your spouse, significant other, kids, friends, etc), have them register under our Paddle School 2025 Non-Paddling Guests and Extra Orders.
This event is available to all TVCC membership in good standing. Please join our club or renew your membership to participate in paddle school. Joining is quick and easy and starts at only $20 for Individual and $25 for Family memberships. You can join by click here.
Refund Policy:
Specific Paddle School refund policy is:
- Before May 10, 2025: Full Refund (less bank fees)
- Before May 18, 2025: 50% Refund
- After May 18, 2025: No Refund

Membership Renewals:
You must be a TVCC Member to attend Paddle School. Please check that you are current and will remain current through June 2, 2025. Log in to your account by clicking the "Member Login" button on the TVCC website.
