TVCC’s website has a new look!
It’s fresh, modern, and offers lots of improvements for how we will provide you with improved service and news about what’s happening in your club.
What’s New?
Profile Management:
- Click on your name in the upper right corner to quickly access your Profile. Update your Username and Password and those of your family members. You can now have up to 18 family members on your account!
- Input medical conditions that may affect your participation in paddling events once! We won’t ask again for every event where required! Update them when your situation changes!
- Input your Emergency Contact information, again, just once. You can change as necessary.
Event Management:
- Cancelling out of an event has been painful in the past. Not anymore. Need to cancel -- No problem! You can cancel your registration for any event yourself! No need to call or write us.
Wait Listed?
- You will now be automatically notified when a spot opens. You will have a limited time frame to accept before we offer it to the next person in line. The times will vary for different events. Good reason to sign up for text messaging service!
Communications:
- The system will keep you notified of events you register for by sending out automated reminders a few days before. If there are changes to an event you again will be automatically notified.
- Please provide permission to receive text messages from the club. Our Cruisemasters will be using texts messages to keep registered members aware of critical changes to an event's status for example late cancellation, venue change, or time changes. We will never use text messaging for routine communication with you, only important, time sensitive event based needs.
Finances and Refunds:
- You can keep a credit card on file to cover any TVCC expenses you incur from an event registration or dues.
- Refunds will go back to your personal; TVCC ClubExpress account. The funds will be there to be used for a future event, or, like now, you can ask to have them returned to you. You can check the status of your account by logging into your profile.
Mobile App:
- Coming soon … a TVCC ClubEx Mobile App! This will be a fully functioning interface to the website and offer many other features as well, like member-to-member chat windows, quick verification of your registered events, and who else is participating in an event you are registered for. ClubEx is finishing a new version of the app and we will keep you updated. We think the app will be a true game changer!

Welcome Letter:
- Look for our Welcome Letter in your inbox starting Dec 2, 2024.
- The letter will provide you with a temporary Username and Password to access the new site.
Login to the new website:
- Establish a new Username and Password of your choice.
- Update your Profile Information.
- Check that all Family Members are correctly listed. Update their profiles.
- Update permissions for: Text Messaging and inclusion in the Member Directory.
- Update your Medical Conditions and Emergency Contact Information.
- Take a look around and tell us what you think!
